The referred candidate will go through the entire interview and selection process that involves various assessments.
Once the candidate cracks the assessments and panel interview, he/she will become part of the Uplers Talent Pool.
As soon as the candidate becomes part of the Talent Pool, we will release Rs. 10,000 Payment in your account.

Here are the terms & conditions of the same:
- Referred Laravel developers should have a minimum of 3 years of Laravel experience, WordPress developers should have a minimum of 5 years of WordPress experience, and AngularJS developers should have a minimum of 2 years of Angular experience, and ReactJS developers should have a minimum of 2 years of React experience.
- If the person is already part of our database or has already applied before, the referral will not be considered.
- Eligible referred candidates need to complete all tests and interview rounds to become part of our talent pool.
- We will release the referral amount once the candidate becomes part of our talent pool.
- The entire process of candidate selection usually takes 3-4 weeks. However, depending upon the speed of the candidate, the process might get completed early or delayed. You can remain in touch with the candidate to get real-time updates on progress.
- For 3 consecutive successful referrals, you will receive an “Advocate” badge, and for 5 consecutive successful referrals, you will receive an “Ambassador” badge.
