Objectives

Haven decided to engage with Uplers to help increase their cafe local awareness and store visits within Surry Hills area.

Our Approach

We noticed that Haven were missing a huge opportunity to attract new potential customers searching for "cafe" and "coffee" (and other related search terms) through Google Maps and restaurant directories.

Over a 3-month period, we executed the below steps:

• A Google My Business page was set up with business information, good images and content.
• Started gathering all citations in existing directories.
• Removed all inconsistent and duplicate listings.
• Created listings in over 40 local and restaurant directories in Sydney.
• Schema mark-up code was utilised, enabling search engines to clearly convey results to viewers.
