  • Remotely Managed multiple accounts on Google ads for a South African Retail brand known as Cape Union Mart which sold a wide variety of products such as clothing, electronics and gear for men, women and children.
  • Budgets exceeded 10 million Rand with a primary focus on driving revenue against a target ROI for a total of 5 brands. Year over Year total revenue increased while achieving more than 70 million rand for fiscal 2022 - 2023.
  • Daily optimisation & set up of campaigns to cater to different parts of the funnel to ensure efficient spend & returns of the overall budget.
  • Overall strategy for the PPC channel, reporting, and insights was provided and managed by me.
  • YouTube, GDN, Search, Discovery & Performance Max campaigns were used with varied budgets based on priority and performance.
  • Managed the expectations, concerns and queries from the Client at regular weekly meetings and put forth meaningful insights and highlighted any strategies or concerns regularly to build the client - agency relationship and provide the best service possible.
  • Provided inputs and strategy for creatives, product feeds, dashboard setup & analytics implementations by coordinating with the Creative team/Design team, Product Feed management team and the analytics teams.
